山东淄博民康药业包装有限公司，成立于2004年，占地面积31000平方米，拥有条预灌封注射器完整生产线，具有符合GMP要求的10万级、万级、局部百级净化车间。公司内设“山东省科技研发中心”、“淄博市技术研发中心”。主导产品：1.0ml、2.25ml、3.0ml预灌封注射器，一期已经完成3000万支年生产能力，该项目填补了亚洲空白。 公司拥有一个长年从事医疗器械、药品包装材料研发的专业团队，自主研发了台预灌封注射器割管机、成型机，以及进口设备的所有配套设施，所有自行研发的机器设备均取得了发明专利。公司所引进的德国预灌封注射器生产线，实现了机器自动检测，自动踢除装置；高品质注射用水清洗系统，亦达到了国际同行业的生产标准。在10万级净化车间完成插针；在万级净化车间完成清洗、硅化、加针帽，同时在万级净化车间完成推杆、巢板、巢盒等组合件生产；在局部百级净化车间完成装巢、封装。冲洗用水采用符合药监的无热源纯净水和注射水，使用前均通过0.22微米的过滤，每道工序均达到了高品质要求。 公司先后被列入“山东省主要行业‘十一五’发展规划”，批加入了“山东省2006年科学技术发展规划”，和“山东省技术创新项目计划”，“淄博市2006年度百项重点工业项目”。
